Print & Railway Day

Admission free (Plus small charge for train rides. Parking available on the National Space Centre Car park).
Do you know how to use a typewriter? Come and have a go and then make and print your own child railway ticket. You can then use it to ride on Leicester’s only narrow gauge railway and afterwards visit the ever popular LMTA café for some well deserved refreshments. Picnic tables and the museum lawns are available so that you can bring your own picnic for an even greater day out.
The site narrow gauge railway will be running subject to weather and also with access to the beam engine house ground floor only.
